ANNOUNCEMENT
With saddened heart, Evans Brothers Guns, LLC will be permanently closing on 12/24/2025. Normal business operations will continue as usual through Christmas Eve this year.

After the last five years of substantially declining financials, I've decided it's no longer feasible to continue. There will be no going-out-of-business sale; instead, after 12/24/25, I hope to sell the entire shop contents (excluding the physical building and range) to someone interested in starting their own gun business.
​
I'm closing due to several reasons: the current economy favors big stores, insurance and power costs are too high, and there are too many gun shops in the Lufkin area. Being 10 miles out of town has also hurt sales, and at my age, taking big financial risks to upgrade the business just isn't practical.
We truly appreciate all our loyal customers and the friendships made over the years. Though I'm retiring, I'll still teach License-to-Carry classes, do some private lessons, and potentially handle gun transfers.
